Under no circumstances shall FTFun™, its employees or its contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages that may result in any way from your use or inability to use the information provided on this or any other web site supported or maintained by FTFun™, or from your reliance on or use of information, services or merchandise provided on or through the web site or that result from mistakes, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, deletion of files, delays in operation or transmission or any failure of performance. If you are dissatisfied with the information provided on this web site, or with any of the practices of FTFun™ in the operation of this web site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the web site.

The ultimate intent of FTFun™ is to connect FaceTime™ device owners around the world, allowing them to experience the magic that is FaceTime™. Currently, for this to occur, your FaceTime™ ID (phone number or email address depending on your device), must be shared with the other party.

Note: Your FaceTime™ ID is only accessible to other users while you are logged in to the FTFun™ service. Upon log out, this information will be non-accessible to other online users.

FTFun™ and Your Privacy

At FTFun™, we respect your right to privacy and we understand that users of FTFun™ web site need to be in control of their personal information. "Personal information" includes, but is not limited to, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. FTFun™ does not sell, rent, swap or otherwise disclose any of this information outside of the realms of the web site's intent. FTFun™ adopted this Privacy Policy to inform users of the FTFun™ web site how the site does collect, store and use personal information submitted via the site.

1. Collection of Information

Certain applications on FTFun™ web site may require users to register or to provide personal information in order to use our services. Such personal information is not shared or sold to third parties outside of the realms of the web site's intent. To better understand the needs of our web site users, we may also request demographic information. Entry of such information is optional and if you choose not to enter such information, you can still successfully use these applications.

2. Mailing Lists

You must provide your e-mail address to FTFun™ in order to successfully activate your account. We may contact you periodically with special offers, updated information and new services.

FTFun™ may occasionally present a special contest or promotion on its web site that is sponsored by another company. To qualify for entry, we may ask you to provide personal information. If we plan to share that information with the sponsor(s), we will provide a statement to that effect.

FTFun™ will protect the personal financial information that you share with us (if any pay service is ever adopted). If you make a purchase on-line, we will use your credit card number only to process your payment and will not use it for marketing purposes. For reasons of security, credit card information is not stored on our web servers. We will retain order information for our records, but this information is never shared with third parties.

Our site may include links to other web sites whose privacy policies we do not control. Once you leave our servers (you can check where you are by checking the URL in the location bar on your browser), use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you are visiting. 6. Cookies

Certain applications in FTFun™ web site invoke a standard feature found in browser software, called a "cookie." We use cookies only to track the progress of login transactions and to allow site users to move from one page to the next without having to re-enter personal order information. We do not use cookies to track user sessions, and we do not use or share information transferred through cookies with third parties for marketing or other purposes.

7. Children

We do not solicit personal information from children. Users must be 18 years or older to utilize the FTFun™ service. Registering with a fraudulent age will result in the termination of your account.

8. Abuse

We do our best to keep FTFun™ safe. However, we will need your help to maintain a friendly user environment. With that said, we ask you as our users to follow the guidelines that we have set forth below for the FTFun™ community:

You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on FTFun™.
You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access FTFun™, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers).
You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing of any kind on FTFun™.
You will not upload viruses or other malicious code to FTFun™ or send such code to any user.
You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else unless given permission by such party.
You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
You will not use the availability of a users phone number or FaceTime™ ID (ie: e-mail) to harass, hassle or otherwise bother any user.
You will not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence by any medium (ie: profile picture, status, any live FaceTime™ call, etc.), on FTFun™.
You will not use FTFun™ to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of FTFun™, such as a denial of service attack.
You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.

Failure to comply with the guidelines that have been set forth will result in either:

A written warning via e-mail.
Immediate termination of your FTFun™ account.
Complete IP Ban from all FTFun™ sites.
